Job Description:
- Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop prototypes and models that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, to use in various products, and to maximize aesthetic consistency.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and logos).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Test across various media.
- Collaborate with team in other divisions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, a Visual Designer, UI Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations, and graphics)
- Knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Attention to visual details.
- Team player; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- BSc in Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or relevant qualification.
